If you're thinking, "How do I become a superhero Supervisor Trainee?" Well, first, you need to visit BHEL's special website at careers.bhel.in between October 25th and December 10th, 2023. That's when you can tell them you're interested!
But wait, there are some things you should know. For each type of Supervisor Trainee, there are different requirements:
For the building superhero (Civil): You should have studied Civil Engineering.
For the machine superhero (Mechanical): You need to know about Mechanical Engineering.
For the people superhero (Human Resources): You should have studied Business Administration, Social Work, Business Management, BBS, or BMS.
And hey, you need to do well in your studies too! They want you to have at least 65% marks, but if you're from SC/ST, you can have a bit less – 60% is okay.
If you're wondering about age, you should be around 27 years old for most superheroes, but if you want to be the people superhero, you can be 29. And if you're from SC/ST or OBC (NCL), you get some extra years!
Now, about the fun part – money! While you're training to be a superhero, they'll give you ₹32,000 every month. And once you're a full-fledged superhero Supervisor, you'll get ₹33,500 every month. Sweet, right?
But, there's a test you need to take – a Computer Based Test. It's like a game, but a bit serious. They'll also check your documents to make sure everything is okay.
Oh, and there's a small fee to apply – ₹795 if you're a regular superhero and ₹295 if you're from SC/ST or have special powers (PWD/Ex-Servicemen). You can pay this fee online using cards or net banking.
